RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Footwear must be returned with its original box and protective packaging.

CALEB PARIS reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
• Items returned without original tags or packaging

For hygiene reasons, certain items — notably hats and direct-contact accessories — will not be accepted if they show signs of use.

RETURN PROCEDURE

All returns are subject to verification and inspection upon receipt.

Any item not complying with our return policy may be returned to the sender at their expense, without refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
